Public Library Resources
Many local public libraries provide access to databases and other online resources through support from their state libraries. Some (Pennsylvania's Power Library is an example) permit immediate access with a temporary e-library card that can be applied for at the site. Below you will find a list of all 50 state libraries. This is a good place to start to find out if your state has electronic resources that you can access.
