Alumni Resources and Access

Our Licensed Resources

Unfortunately, most of our vendors' licenses do not permit alumni remote access to our subscription journals, databases and ebooks. The resources listed below are available to alumni, either through our original license agreements or because the library paid for alumni access, and we can currently provide access to both JSTOR and Project Muse. We are working on a way to provide access to the others. If you would like to gain access to these resources, please visit the next tab on this guide, "F&M Alumni: Resources for Life and Career".

Project Muse

Provides access to scholarly journals and eBooks in the arts, humanities, and social sciences. Dates of coverage varies per title.

JSTOR Alumni Edition

A collection of full-text articles from over 3000 scholarly journals, many dating from the nineteenth-century to the last 4 or 5 years. A growing number of titles are available through the current issues, as part of their "Current Scholarship Program". Select Advanced Search to strategically search amongst 45 disciplines. Choose PDF from within JStor to properly view and print articles.
