Loan Policies
We welcome ILL requests from other libraries on behalf of their patrons. Please place requests through OCLC (our symbol is LFM). We loan to libraries in the US and Canada. Books are shipped via UPS.
Books:
- Books are due in 16 weeks.
Articles:
- Please place requests via OCLC or email iloan@fandm.edu.
- Articles are delivered via Odyssey, Article Exchange or email.
Lending Charges:
- We do not charge libraries with whom we have reciprocal agreements, or the following groups: ACLCP, LVIS, OBERLIN, PALCI, and Rapid.
- Loans are $17 for non-reciprocal libraries.
- Articles are $17 (1-50 pages) for non-reciprocal libraries.
- Payment through OCLC IFM is preferred. We will also accept checks made out to Franklin & Marshall College Library.
Materials Ineligible for ILL
The following materials are not eligible for Interlibrary Loan:
- Bound Journals
- Full Ebooks
- DVDs and CDs
- Microfilm & Microfiche
