Interlibrary Loan at F&M

This guide demonstrates how faculty, staff and current students can use the interlibrary loan service!

What is Interlibrary Loan?

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a borrowing service that enables F&M faculty, professional staff and current students get access to materials that F&M does not own, or that are not immediately available.  ILL includes both physical books and pdf copies of articles and book chapters, which are delivered electronically.  PDFs may arrive in as little as 1-2 days.  Books arrive on average in 1-2 weeks, but could take longer depending on availability.
