Read-and-Publish agreements are agreements where the cost of publishing Open Access ("publish") in a specific publisher's periodicals is included as part of the Library's contract securing access to that Publisher's scholarly content ("read"). Below are the publishers the Library currently has Read-and-Publish agreements with. As publishing in a periodical from these publishers has no Open Access fee, we highly recommend considering them first, if applicable:
