Our Interlibrary Loan staff members use WorldCat to locate items in libraries around the world. If you are able to provide our staff with an OCLC number for the item you are looking for, this will help us to expedite your request.
Search for an item or keywords in the Discover search area on our home page. Click the Libraries Worldwide option to search beyond the Franklin & Marshall College collection. Click the Search button when you are ready to see your results.
In the results, items that are available in our library will display the location, call number and availability. If you find an item that we don't own that you would like to request, you may use the item record to find the OCLC number in order to expedite your Interlibrary Loan request. Click the item title link to view more information about the item.
In the detailed record for the item, click on the Description area. There you will find the OCLC number.
Copy and paste that OCLC number in to your ILL request form in the OCLC or Docline UI Number field. This will help our staff members to locate the exact item you are looking for!
