Finding Maps
Here are a few suggested collections for finding public domain maps. Note: The collections also include copyrighted items, so be sure to check the rights information and follow any requirements for reuse.

- Look for rights information under "Rights and Access"
- New York Public Library Maps and Atlases
- A search option allows for searching only items which are in the public domain. Search keywords and select "Search only public domain materials."

- National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency resource for finding foreign geographic names. Also includes location information.
