Responsibilities
I assist in the processing, preservation and promotion of materials held in the Archives and Special
Collections. Duties include: maintaining proper security, storage and environmental conditions to
ensure the safety and longevity of collections, developing and maintaining finding aids for
materials, providing reference assistance to patrons, and assisting with promoting the archives
through classroom orientations, exhibits and the development of the archives website.

Education
- B.A. Penn State University-Art History
- Interests: 18th and 19th century European and American art, especially English and French
baroque, neoclassical and romantic painting and 19th century American portrait, landscape and genre
painting.
- M.A. University of Delaware-History and Museum Studies
- Interests: Agricultural and Industrial technology, Military history (American Civil War, World
War II) and 19th-20th century material culture.
Interests
Travel (though I rarely get to), woodworking, home improvement, tool collecting.
