Reference Services Assistant
I provide reference assistance for the Public Services Office by staffing the Reference Desk, and answering various questions posed by faculty, staff, administration, students and community members. I circulate reference collection development literature within the reference department in order to assist in maintaining a good reference collection to serve patron research requirements. I am also 3rd in line to back-up Interlibrary Loan Dept where, Mary Shelly and Dianne Roda provide required materials to faculty, staff, administration and students that the library does not own. We also provide our materials to borrowing locations that can be found around the world.
