The Acquisitions department endeavors to fulfill all orders in the most timely, accurate & economical manner possible. You can best help us meet these goals by providing all necessary information. Please check our catalog to see if F&M owns desired items. Please review citations in sources such as WorldCat or Amazon.

The order process can take 4 to 6 weeks or longer depending on availability. Many books and AV items are issued in short publication runs, so please order ASAP and provide the best possible citations.

Please note that availability limitations, payment restrictions, licensing agreements and/or performance rights costs can all impact timely delivery of video materials. Also, please inform us if you are working with any vendor on a film festival or campus screening. By submitting the video form, you have acknowledged that you understand these limitations.

On each form you can indicate RUSH, NOTIFY, SPECIAL NOTES or RESERVE FOR - all optional fields used to help us develop and prioritize orders.
