Honors Theses Instructions for Archival Storage

Note: Final Print and Electronic Versions of Theses are Required

Instructions for final Print Version:

  • Thesis should be unbound.

  • Regular photocopy paper is fine.

  • Title page must contain:
    1. Full name of student.
      Department or special program to which the paper is being submitted.
      Name of academic course.
      Expected date of graduation.
      Date paper was submitted.

Instructions for final Electronic Version:

  • Burn all files to a compact disc and submit with final print version.

  • Indicate the following information on the CD:
    1. Full name of student.
      Department or special program to which the paper is being submitted.

  • An electronic copy of all student honors theses will be submitted to the F&M Scholars Square Institutional Repository. To learn more about Scholars Square, please link here.
In addition, an Honors Thesis Consent Form must be filled in, signed, and submitted with your thesis. Forms are available in Adobe PDF format at the link below. To download the Adobe PDF Reader, please link to Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Theses can be delivered to the Archives and Special Collections (Ground floor, Shadek-Fackenthal Library); sent via campus mail to Christopher Raab, Archives and Special Collections; or deposited in the Honors Theses mailbox (Public Services Office, First Floor, Shadek-Fackenthal Library).
