I sent to you today three hundred & forty-four thousand rifle cartridges call 57, and one hundred thirty-nine ball ball[sic] 60. 9. We have here yet 600 thousand rifle call 57, 50 thousand ball call 60. 9, and one million of the later on the way from Waterblig[?]. We have also forty thousand of mixed shot and canister for six pounder brass guns.
