At appears from the Recruiting Account of Lieut. Col. John F. Reynolds, 14 Inf., that he turned over to you on the 9th, Sept. 1861, the sum of $4,195.00. The receipt therefore, if it accompanied Col. Reynolds’ account, has been mislaid. Will you please to forward a duplicate of the same to this office, at your earliest convenience?
