Under the authority of Section 10th of an act of Congress approved July 22nd 1861, a military board to consist of the officers herein named will assemble at Washington DC at 10 o’clock a.m. on Monday the 23rd inst. to examine into the capacity, qualifications, propriety of conduct, and efficiency of all commissioned officers of volunteers, who may be ordered before it.
