I. In accordance with par. 5. of Special Orders No. 163, dated War Department, Adjutant General’s Office, Washington, June 19th 1861, Lieutenant Colonel John F. Reynolds, 14th Infantry, is relieved from duty at the Military Academy.

Lieut. Colonel Reynolds, will turn over all public property pertaining to his department to the senior instructor of the Tactical Department.
