Genealogy Resources

The Archives and Special Collections Department contains within its collections some genealogical information relating to current and former Franklin & Marshall College faculty, students and administrators only. All church records and family histories were transferred to the Lancaster Theological Seminary in 1967 when the Evangelical and Reformed Historical Society (ERHS) moved from the College's Fackenthal Library to the Seminary's Philip Schaff Library. Despite persistent published citations noting the Fackenthal Library as the source of genealogical materials, researchers should contact the ERHS at the address listed below.
